Ian Pollock
303-481-0261 ext. 705
Ian was born and raised in Britain. He settled in Colorado in 1995 after completing his degree in Business and Law at the University of Woverhampton in England and backpacking around the U.S. for 6 months.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, he spent first 7 years in Colorado as a personal assistant and business manager for the owner of a horse business and head of Arts, Culture and Film for Denver, he was recruited by a firm advocating for the rights of policy holders in insurance claims. He became licensed as a Public Adjuster in Colorado, Nebraska, Missouri, and New Mexico negotiating claims on behalf of both residential and commercial client ranging from several hundred thousand dollars to multi-million-dollar settlements.
As a result of being exposed to elements of real estate and construction during the claims process, Ian became more interested in the role of a real estate agent in the negotiation and “quarter-backing” of the buying and selling of property. Just as in the claims process, Ian found that the same skill set applied to real estate professionals when representing buyers and sellers of property.
Ian is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, and the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.
Ian enjoys spending as much time as possible with his two young boys, running, hiking, cycling, and indulging in self-improvement books.
